A balanced world is a better world. How can we bring more balance into our lives?
Our journeys on the road are smoother when the tyres have equal amounts of air on both sides.
Women are great at doing lots, often all at the same time.
Let's look at some of the points of equilibrium in our lives and take steps to change what isn’t working to bring back the balance:
> Work and Rest
> Food and Exercise
> Introversion and Extroversion
> Socialising and Solitude... to name a few
Remember to celebrate everything we have in balance already!
