  • Your mind becomes clear …

  • For a few moments, nothing is moving …

  • It is tranquil ...

  • Your mind is free… resting …

  • You now return with clarity.


We intuitively know that we’ll be OK no matter what, and that we can trust our wisdom to guide us.
