How Well Do You Chew?
How well do you chew on the good stuff?
Remember them often and digest them so they flow through your veins and nourish you.
Be selective on what you take in.
Don’t accept junk...... be a sponge to positivity.
There may be situations and difficulties outside but you can leave them outside. Chewing on negativity causes upset and headache.
There’s plenty of good ‘food’ for you that’s nourishing which will help generate positive energy.
Eat well, chew well, stay well.
