It Has Been a While ....

We’re already in the middle of autumn (if you happen to be in the UK) and the temperatures are beginning to plummet. But nature is still stunning, so make sure you enjoy the outdoors.

As you see the trees shedding their leaves, remember it’s a good time to check your thoughts and feelings and drop what is unwanted.

Meditate with nature and it will guide you.

Identify the old and let it go…. even if it feels good clinging onto it.

Ponder over how it doesn’t serve you and how it might even be the cause to negativity. Once you enter a realisation…. letting go will be as easy as 1, 2, 3….. and very refreshing.
