Remember to Remember the Good Stuff

Is it information overload? Or is that an understatement? Why do we fall in love with bad news so easily? We just can’t get enough of it!
Whilst it’s wise to know what’s going on, remember to remember the good stuff in life.
Have some downtime from information. Your head must be spinning with information overload.
Do some ‘content fasting’:
NO News Apps and Channels
NO Social Media
Just remain still and silent..... contemplate and see where your thoughts are going. Now steer them towards the direction you want.
Remember the pleasant things in life.
Go for a walk in the park if you can and appreciate nature.
Play a meditation commentary.
Read an uplifting book.
There’s more to life than bad news!
