Stacking Good Habits
Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of.
Adopt the habit of keeping the intellect busy pondering over useful stuff, and you’ll make good habits more automatic.
Keep what’s important and useful to you visible in your mind and visible around you. If it’s out of site, it’s out of mind and out of habit.
Think, see and you shall achieve.
