Tolerance, Done Properly

note book of good gestures

Tolerance and calmness act like air conditioning and help increase everyone’s efficiency.

Once you’ve congratulated yourself on using your power of tolerance, do not count the number of times you’ve done that. Don’t take notes, instead count how many times you’ve been at the receiving end of good gestures.

If you are counting it's likely you are suffering in the process of tolerance.

Tolerance should not be a suffering in silence. Tolerance is a strength that allows you to go beyond the situation, beyond personal differences, and beyond personal discomforts.

Tolerance ‘done properly’ will increase your self-esteem and inner strength, and others will feel your understanding and compassion.
