Trio 1 - Create, Sustain & Transform

Sometimes it feels like the days are flying by. Perhaps at the end of the day we’re thinking…. “What did I achieve today?”

Here’s a handy trio to help with achievement: Create – Sustain – Transform.

Create a new powerfully positive thought.

Sustain it by repeating that thought during your day.

Transform your thought pattern by ensuring that the majority of your thoughts are powerful and positive.


As you awake each morning create a new powerful and positive thought for yourself. Do this as soon as you open your eyes. If it helps, sit on the edge of your bed and PAUSE. Stay there until you’ve created your new, powerfully positive thought.

During your day, spend moments in silence to sustain your thought. If you’re at home alone then you have the whole place to choose your special space for silence. If it’s crowded, find a space where you can return to again and again throughout the day.

Continue to “feed” your mind that powerfully positive thought throughout your day and transform your thinking, even when you’re not at your special space for silence. Pay attention to the tense you are using to ensure it is the present, e.g. “I AM peaceful”, not “I am becoming peaceful”. Or “I AM successful”, not “I will become successful”. There's a huge difference between the two!



Start afresh at the beginning of each day. Create a new positive and powerful thought for yourself.


Your aim is to ensure the majority of your thoughts are in line with your morning creation. Practise makes progress.
