When You Wash Your Hands...

You must be washing your hands more frequently right now. It’s a good practise, but whilst doing so, remember that you are a peaceful and happy being.



Use that little time to take your attention away from the coronavirus. The more frequently you wash your hands the more opportunities you have to remind yourself you are peaceful and happy.



You can’t really control what is happening, but you can control how you respond.


All responses first start with a thought. ‘Look’ at yourself creating your thoughts. Be aware of them and ensure they are uplifting…. for you and those around you.



If you’re not leaving your home, in addition to keeping up-to-date with the latest news and advice, make sure you engage yourself in positivity also. There’s plenty on this website to scroll through.
